Buyers can place bids on listed artworks. The sale is binding once the auction ends with a winning bid that meets or exceeds the reserve price.
Kovabo may charge fees for listing artworks and a commission on sales made through the Service. Specific fees and commissions are detailed on our Fees page.
Kovabo uses third-party services for payment processing. By using these services, you agree to their terms and conditions.
Art buyers have a limited period in which they can request a return or refund for artworks received not as described, subject to our Return Policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms.
